Cant upgrade ward when all requirements met

Can’t progress further as Ward lvl5 requires a Hospital lvl6, which I already have. But game does not recognize it.

Force quit and reopen the app.

If that does not work go into menu -> extras -> scroll to the bottom -> clear techtree
