Clan Roles and what are they?

If you view clan members and tap the green question mark next to the members at the top of the screen it will give you a breakdown of all the clan roles

 

Well, the clan permissions for each role are stated in the game by going to the members and clicking on the question mark icon, but to save some time I'll post them below.

(V)Chief Clan Officer

• Can Disband or Transfer Ownership of the Clan
• Can Promote and Demote to Rank 4 or Lower
• Kick a member of Rank 4 or Lower
• Accept or Reject Applicants
• Set Clan Message from Diplomacy Board
• Delete Clan Message from Diplomacy Board
• Block players from posting on the Diplomacy Board

(IV) VP of Conquest

• 
  Can Promote and Demote to Rank 3 or Lower
• Kick a member of Rank 3 or Lower
• Accept or Reject Applicants
• Set Clan Message from Diplomacy Board
• Delete Clan Message from Diplomacy Board
• Block players from posting on the Diplomacy Board

(III) Siege Supervisor

• Promote or Demote up to rank 2

There is nothing Special for (II)Conflict Coordinator or (I)Jr. Associate Peon

 

How does a chief clan officer kick a member off a clan?

• Tap On the Clan Member you want to kick to bring up their Profile
• Scroll down to the bottom of the clan member's profile
• Select Kick

 

How do you block a player from posting on diplomacy board?

 

You can't, despite the clan permissions saying otherwise.
