Combined Buckets

    I was wondering, how long are buckets 10-12 and 13-15 combined on new servers? Also what about 15 and up they also smashed in?
    I know it is to keep the top players from shooting up. But it doesn't actually work, since they win the contests anyways.
    Is there a specific amount of time before they fix the buckets?

    They look at the numbers of players at certain TownHall levels and if the realm has enough people at or above a certain townhall, they can split up the brackets, but if not, they keep them merged.
