Y’all need to figure out this whole compensation thing because it’s pretty annoying. I mean I’ve gotten gems and brew from you guys going like 5 minute over a scheduled maintenance but the other day when my, and some others in game, stopped working for around 5 hours (which prevented me from pushing in HCMG) we get nothing. In game support hasn’t answered me for days (I’ve had an open ticket) and the guy who spoke to me otherwise, said that there will be no compensation because it didnt happen to everyone else. The only problem with that is it happened to multiple people and a lot of people reported it and we lost out on multiple hours of gameplay and again my chance to get rewards from pushing HCMG. Not that ATA cares, because I’ve complained multiple times about this, but it’s just kinda BS.
