Device Change Lost Account

    I'm having no luck with the in game help. Is there any other way to inquire about retrieving an account from an old device?

    Did you already sign in to the old account with Facebook or an ATA ID?

    Is it still doing the tutorial on the new device? If so, just wait until you finish the tutorial (Get to Town Hall 3) or whenever you get a chance to tap the extras button to be able to sign into your old ATA ID.


    If all else fails, your best bet is still to try to get in contact with the support team. Go to extras, go to help, then new conversation and ask the support team for help moving your account to the new device. Good LUCK!!!

    Just FYI, they may be a bit backed up due to the influx of tickets they're getting, so they will get back to you, it just may take a bit of time. Do you have access to your old device? Try to verify that you're signed into an ATA ID on that one if you can. If you didn't link the old device, you will have to wait for the support team to get back to you. They will be the only ones who can help, but they are really good at what they do, so they can get you back on as long as you can verify you're really the person who owns it ;)
