Factory reset: Lost account

    Hi, sorry to post this here on the forums but I've been panicking all evening!!
    I had to do a factory reset because my phone was very slow. Once I downloaded heckfire again and signed into my Google play account, it created a new profile! I haven't signed in with my face book before and I haven't made an ATA account.
    I'm starting to believe my information is lost, and would like to know if anything can be done to mend I?

    Your information is not lost. Send an in game message through the help channel with your “lost account name”. You may need to provide some additional information to varify that it is in fact your account.

    menu -> extras -> help -> new ticket

    I had done that yesterday around midnight but I haven't received a reply yet, do you know how long it would roughly take? I'm sorry to be a nuisance, I've just been panicking
