Android False Scout reports

This has only happened a few times, and ill try to find the scout reports for it later, but long story short me and a friend scout each other at times and send the other the report to see whats shown and what not, well i scouted and screenshotted the reports a few weeks ago and sent them to her no big deal apparently it didnt show all the troops so i scouted again, the report i got back was the same, so she sent out her troops and called them back and when i scouted the third time it showed everything.

then another issue more recently someone had 150mill ORE but the scout report only showed 111mill when their protected cap was only around 4-5 mill at most.
