Forum Shoutbox

Hiya, so I was wondering about what people's thoughts are, in regard to adding a forum shoutbox.

For those who don't know what a shoutbox is, it's a live chat box (like realm chat in the game), where users can have live conversations with multiple people at once.

This could be convenient for asking simple questions and getting immediate and simple responses and also as a place for members of the community to retreat to while the game is down for maintenance, etc...

Also, could just be a fun place to chat with people from other realms and such to pass time.
