Friend can’t join my clan

    I have a friend that has search for my clan every way we can think but it will not show up for them to join. Why can’t they find my clan, it’s set to public?

    You're probably in different realms. To request a realm change, message the devs in-game by opening the following...


    Menu-->Extras-->Help-->New Chat


    In your chat message be sure to explain the situation and include you and your friends in game names.

    How to know which realms are we in?

    Currently there is no easy way to know what realm you are in. However, the developers are working on making the Realm you are in visible, and easily known (there’s over ten realms).

    If you are trying to see if your in the same realm as a friend I suggest compareing the top player or clan. If they are the same, you are in the same realm, if they are different, you are not in the same realm. If you need a realm change request one in the in game help section, and a developer will move you within a day or two.
