Heckfire Resource Production

Hi, I want to understand the game but there’s very little info.

I dont understand the production / min and what is a production cap?

Production / min
This seems straight forward but my level 10 farm is currently making 31.8. Does that mean in one day I only make 45,792 food?

Is this awarded per minute or per hour or once per day? I all of a sudden go from green to over cap and I can’t work out what it’s from. I didn’t attack any monsters, wasn’t gifted from clan, didn’t claim any tokens, or complete any quests?

Production Cap
I have no idea what this is. Is this the cap on how much it can produce in a day?

My current cap is 50k but I can only make 45k a day if the per minute production is correct. Even with research that would be 50k max anyways so I don’t get the production cap. It’s not a protection cap per farm so if you have 3 farms you get 150k protection. It’s a production cap.

Anyone know how to make sense of this game?
