Only ATA Grant ever looks at the forums and that is pretty rare. No use posting about it here. You could try bugging them on the official Discord but honestly I doubt it will help. Just need to chill and wait for ATA's customer support to finally help you. Btw they are usually very slow on weekends. You may get a response on Monday though.
