    I've had my account "Llinolae" merged with my siblings and put on my device, I've sent a help request through their account but as they've merged I am unable to go on my account. I haven't had any response as of yet and I've no idea what a can do to get it back as it's been incorrectly linked.
    I asked if I could join their realm and this has happened instead, and it's been at least four hours with no resolution.

    It usually takes a while for them to get back to you, but they will.
    You will have to ask from the account you're on right now. Make sure to link your sibling's account with an ATA ID so they can put it on their device if they have one. Having your own ATA ID will make it a lot easier.

    Your account isn't lost/gone. If you search for it via Allies, you'll see that it still exists. And when you DO get your account back, create an ATA ID if you haven't already so it's easier. Make sure 100% that you both don't try to use the same ATA ID either. And try not to let your sibling use your phone/device again so they don't mess you up again.

    I have searched it and seen it still exists. However I've also seen that whatevervstaff member decided to merged mine and my siblings account which i didn't ask the, to do, which has resulted in this quandry and me unable to log into my own account. I've already asked that this be reverted back but a, getting absolutely no response despite their mistake which is very frustrating. I shouldn't have to take steps to ensure they don't make mistakes when I've been very clear about my wishes. And have had no resolution

    I think I had misunderstood what you meant happened. The safeguard is more of if you get a new device and need to get it on that new device.
    I thought you meant that your sibling maybe didn't have an ATA ID and linked their account with yours so your account got swapped out.
    I've seen it happen with iOS devices where all the devices associated with the Apple ID was put as one account by accident. That is something that may have accidentally happened. They will be able to fix it though. I've also seen them fix that countless times. I've had my account accidentally linked to another and got it fixed too. It may take a while, especially since so many people are sending in help tickets, but when they get to your ticket, they are really good about fixing it.
