I have a help ticket that hasn't been closed, and i can't submit another ticket because of it. I've tried sending additional messages to the open ticket but haven't gotten a response. It's been 7 days now since the ticket opened, and maybe 5 days since the last response (which was to the original message.) I've not gotten any response to any further messages. Is there a way I can close the ticket from my end?
You can't close the ticket yourself. ATA falls behind on tickets sometimes and this just happens to be one of those times. All you can do is chill and wait for a response.
