    They do this to limit the lag on older devices. Not familiar with android phones enough to know off the top of my head how top of the line your phone is? But, you can send an in game message through the help chat inquiring about it, and requesting your device be taken off the Ruby only list.

    menu -> extras -> help -> new chat
