Increase troops cap

    anyone would know how to increase troops cap for attack? Just upgraded town hall to level 6 and all my buildings r on level 5, but I think my troops cap for attack got stuck on 225 since my town hall is only level 4

    the specific research is called "Dragon March Cap" it can be found in all of the research trees.
