Invalid session when trying to send help ticket on android device

    Hi, I tried to send a help ticket but received an invalid session when using an andrioid device. Please help. Thank you!

    Hiyo! This can be related to device connection or just a temporary error. Try restarting the app!

    If you are using an emulator, the help function may not work
