Island March Restrictions Removed

Our new Realm Map introduced a central Island containing Shrines & Strongholds as well as high-level Resource Nodes.

When this was first introduced it came with a restriction that marches could not cross the boundary in or out of this island.

This restriction has now been removed and marches can cross in and out of this island.

Note: This change only applies to the latest version of the game, so be sure you're up to date.
