Announcement Lethality adjustment + Welcoming Waffles and Lady to the lethal family

Greetings citizens of Heckfire!

Our dragon wizards have been hard at work in their labs, tirelessly researching new innovations in dragon technology (For some reason this seems to involve a lot of goo. We have decided it is best not to question the goo). This no doubt horrific research (again, the goo) has recently yielded a twin breakthrough, with both an increase in the general lethality of dragons as well as the the weaponization of both spice and breakfast based powers into leaner, meaner, more lethal abilities. Not only are lethal powers deadlier, but we are also re-introducing the newest lethal rivals, Waffles and Lady Smolderhorn! Read on for details about this exciting and no doubt violent innovation!

Lethality Adjustments

• Increased the Lethality bonus provided by Rivalry Executioner abilities at Ranks 30-50 so that it now maxes out at 12% bonus lethality (see notes below)
  • this includes Desert Executioner, Frost Executioner, Nature Executioner, Industrial Executioner and the new Breakfast Executioner and Spicy Executioner abilities

• Decreased the Protection bonus provided by Rivalry Evader abilities so that it now maxes out at 9% bonus protection (see notes below)
  • this includes Desert Evader, Frost Evader, Nature Evader, Industrial Evader and the new Breakfast Evader and Spicy Evader abilities

• Battlefield Size Changes
  • increased the battlefield size by ~15% at all levels

• Notes - Intended effect
  • The general the experience we are aiming for with this adjustment should be that a max rank attacker achieves somewhere between roughly as many kills as 'pre-rivalries' and half-ish as many kills as 'pre-rivalries'
  • Depending on where the defender's dragon ranks fall between 25 and 50. Lethality abilities scale harder than protection until R30. Between R30 and R40 they scale at the same rate and slightly faster than before. Between R40 and R50 Protection scales slightly slower than Lethality.

Waffles and Lady ability update

• Waffles & Lady Smolderhorn are now part of the lethality 'Rivalry'

• Waffles' Realm Executioner ability replaced by Breakfast Executioner which provides a lethality bonus
  
  
• Waffles gained the Spicy Evader ability which provides a protection bonus against Lady Smolderhorn's Spicy Executioner lethality ability
  
  
• Lady Smolderhorn's Lava Executioner ability replaced by Spicy Executioner which provides a lethality bonus
  
  
• Lady Smolderhorn gained the Breakfast Evader ability which provides a protection bonus against Waffles' Breakfast Executioner lethality ability
