Lost account

    I attempted to load the game on my iPad and was forced to create a new character. When I went back to my iPhone, my old account was gone (along with nearly 14mil might). I submitted a ticket through the in app help but after the first response (nearly 2 days ago) no one will respond or help me anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this?
