Lost Acct

    So I got a new phone and lost my original account. I messaged help they said they could help and asked me for a bunch of info. I gave it all to them Tuesday anyone know about how long it takes them to recover it. I haven't heard back. I asked the help ticket for a time frame but didn't get a response.

    It takes a while sometimes. Support is pretty backed up, sometimes it takes 24 hours, sometimes even 72 hours. It all depends on how
    many tickets they have in front of you. Good luck!!!

    try sending another message in that same ticket to see if they respond.

    I've sent a few since I opened ticket Tuesday. Mostly wanting to time frame with free for all this weekend screwed me. I'm pretty sure I've been zeroed for troops and might dropped 7 million. I asked a time frame and if I could be shielded but they havent responded since asking for my info.
