Lost my account

I have done everything i can think of to get these people to repond and they haven't. It has been 4 days now. Im sure i have been attacked and lost everything. I have an open ticket with them and even posted on facebook. I understand there were a lot of issues with the spring event. My phone rebooted because of a titan... Now im in trouble. I have spent real money on the game im so sad about this!!
