Minimum hit

I like to level up my dragons evenly, is there a way to add a minimum vs maximum hit? Use the fewest amount of troops or rotate dragons with one button or 2 rather than having to deselect and scroll through all my options. So I can use my dragons equally rather than always the strongest ones.
