Missing free chests

Hi, looking for my free chests from getting three stars on the last clan quest (3 chests for swamp, grass, and badlands) and never got them. Did I misread something?

Have you tried asking in the help in game? They will be able to check to see if you collected it and it crashed etc. If that happened, it went in your account without the animation. If you let the 3-star reward expire before collecting it, I'm not sure what they'll do about that. Just shoot them a message in Help and tell them what happened. Be detailed/specific so they can help you faster. (If they have to ask you less questions, you have to wait for less responses to your answers, so that's why I say faster.)
