Monster energy regeneration not working

    hi

    I've been watching my stats from the profile. Since early lvl 10 I've been doing monster energy regeneration lvling. But my problem is that it doesn't actually increase my regeneration. Its still at 0,6 and I'm now lvling monster energy regeneration tier 2...
