New speed ups?

They aren't. There was enough backlash within the first couple hours of being shown ingame that ATA put the release on hold.

Pretty much, these kinds of speedups would only hurt the game as there are players who have absolutely no need for construction or research specific speedups. Therefor they would be adversely effected. Having the freedom to choose what we use our speedups on is a component we would rather not lose.
