Problem upgrading

you should probably send in a support ticket in game. You can find that in Extras.

While you're waiting for them to respond, you can try clearing cache. If that doesn't work, try clearing the tech tree and if it still doesn't work, try turning your device off then back on. I don't remember what was usually done to fix that issue, but sometimes it needs the devs to do something on their end. Good luck!!!
