READ MY HELP TICKET PLEASE

Put a ticket in 3 days ago about a name change as I had my force ably changed due to it apparently been inappropriate even though its been like that for 2 months. A guy with his name like mine had his changed also. He complained moments after me and had his name changed to something he wanted yet I'm forced to wait...

if you don't want to wait, you can change it on your own. Tap your avatar and under your name, you'll see a pencil (edit) that you can click and change it for gems.
And try to choose a name that's appropriate next time so you don't have to go through this again... or you can wait for them to do it for you.

You should have to pay gems there is a ToU and you should have followed it
