Realm merges and transfers

Our realm 130 recently got merged with 129, our clan went from being in the top 3-5 in daily events (which we all worked hard for), to not even being in the top 10. How is a merge with players this strong, and this guy isn’t even in the top players fair https://ibb.co/tzNTLT3? We are a close clan and hate this merge that we had no say in, we feel that a free and uncapped realm transfer should be offered to players after merges, and only exclude transfers to new realms with under 1k players.
