Started this account 2 days ago and immediatly requested a realm transfer to be in the same realm as my friend. They took care of this quickly.

Then I noticed that once moved I didn't have the shield that new accounts typically have. I submitted another ticket, but it's been 2 days and I have not heard anything from ATA. I have been using my stock of shields, but I just noticed that FFA is coming. I won't have enough shields to get through it....

    Thoughts?

You don't need shields when you first start. The point of a shield is to stop people from zeroing you. Your hospital cap should be more than your total troop count at this point so there shouldn't be a need to shield.

If you somehow have more troops than your hospital cap already, you can always send your troops to defend a clan mate who is shielded. That will protect your troops.

Also... moving realms does remove your shield, just like TPing. Honestly, the first “noob” shield is pretty useless. No one is going to zero you, and you prob won’t go over cap
