Just send a help ticket.

Go to menu, and there is a plus button at the bottom right (Labeled Extras), then press the help button (top left), press new chat (bottom button) and ask which realm you are in. It’ll probably take a day or so.

As well, just ask global chat or your clan chat, and maybe someone else knows. Definetely the better option, since it is quicker and won’t waste any of ATAs time
