   I see i need to increase my reasource gathering lvl before i can harvest higher lvl lands. How do i increase this? I feel dumb....

   If you go to the “resource gathering” research tree (menu -> research) you can increase your resource gathering level thru “resource gathering level” it should be the item at the top of this research tre
