    To help with your recruiting efforts you should put more detail into the post.

    For instance,
    Minimum might
    The realm you’re in
    Requirements (daily,weekly,etc)
    Alliances
    Leaderboard rank
    So on and so fourth

    Remember the goal is to make a recruitment post as appealing as possible to draw in the most attention rapidly
