Shields & Troops

    When clan mates send troops to shielded bases, I am aware of the importance of communicating when the shield will run out.

    I can remember right off if it's the shield going up or coming down that kicks out visiting troops.

    My question is, if I put up an 8 hour shield, troops are placed, and I put up another 8 hour shield about 5 minutes before the first expires, do the troops get sent home also?

    Yes they will. Any time you shield while having rein, those reinforcements will be sent home.

    Thank you for your response.
    To see what would happen first hand I decided to run the experiment for myself.

    And now I know for sure the outcome and can plan accordingly
