Android Speedups from guild members not being applied

    I've noticed that when i get help from my clan mates nothing is deducted from the overall time. For instance I'll have something that takes like 20 minutes and get help to max out my 14 help slots which should bring the total time down to where i can use a free finish speedup but it never gets applied... Every time i can i research the free speedups but it doesn't seem to work... Thanks

    I’ve been having the same problem on iOS. I placed two in-game tickets and they haven’t done anything about it. As a temporary fix, I restart the game before I’m about to use jewels. The timer updates when you restart...

    Hey, so this is actually an issue we've recently identified as well.
    The number shown in-game is wrong, but on the server it's correct and as mentioned relaunching the game will fix it temporarily. We hope to have a fix out soon.
