Stuck game after load

Every time I load my game now (new account) The little hand with the bone sticking out of it that tells you what to do is flashing on the screen. But the screen is the “heck of a deal” advertisement purchase the screen. The X and the purchase button are grayed out and I cannot press them. So essentially the game wants me to do something in the background of the purchase screen, but every time you load the game the purchase screen is the first thing to pop up so now my account is useless
