Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone could explain troop healing to me? Normally I get attacked I can heal straight away without cost but I was defending someone getting zeroed and had a bunch of troops injured. Now it cost me food and several hours to heal. Once that was done, I got attacked again but just the once and it took 100k of food and an hour to heal my troops again.
**EDIT** Oh wow, that's weird...they stopped giving that info in the hospital soooo...ummm...there USED to be an easy way to explain how free heals worked... Leeches were involved, and it was basically saying that you get a batch of leeches who heal your troops. Each leech was used in relation to the troop strength. So, you could heal more Militia than Guards, but more Guards than Knights/Pug Riderss/Huntresses, more Knights/Pugs/Huntresses than Royal Knights/Wild Pugskateers/Trophy Huntresses. You'd have a batch that regenerated over time, and you'd get that specific batch every 8 hours. You'd also get a cap on the amount of leeches you could have total. (not just the amount that regenerated every 8 hours, which was less than the Capacity) When the free heals were used up, you'd have to pay in food and it wasn't instant. I don't know why they took all info pertaining to Leeches out of the game, or what they did to make up for the lack of leeches...but that's how it worked before, and I'm not sure what they're using to explain it now since they didn't even tell us that they were removing leeches...soooo...yeah...I honestly don't know how to explain free heals other than that old way, and I don't even know when they removed leeches/all mentions of leeches from the game... I only just looked now because of this post...
Thanks Hermione! Everyone I spoke to had this general idea that when enough of your troops get killed it starts costing you food and time but no one knew why, how much troops it healed or when the free heals came back. Would you know what the free heal cap is and the regen time? I’m guessing it builds up and increase as your might grows. It sounds like something that would be on the hospital or ward info but there’s nothing. Thank you
I literally have no idea why they changed it. I have a feeling it's possibly the same as it was before...but until the devs get back on, I have no way of telling if they made a different mechanic or if it was a bug that they removed the info, or if they removed it because it was too complicated... It used to be listed in the Hospital.
This is what we used to see when we tapped on our hospital. Take a look at this part of the image (cropped below)
