    I got a new phone and now all my old game progress is GONE... how do I get it back???????help

    Go to the in game help and tell support that you lost access to your old account and they will ask you some questions and help you get your account back. Next time, link your account to an ATA ID. Your email address and a password of your choosing. That will make getting your account back way easier.
