Vacation Mode

    Would love to see some form of v vacation mode. One that cancels when you log in. I go camping for two weeks in the summer, where there is next to zero cell coverage. So I either need to figure out how to check my acct and shield weekly while paying a crazy amount of gems for a shield, share my acct info with someone else, or just expect to get destroyed while I'm gone.

    They do have a “vacation” mode, it’s a “hidden” feature in the game. If you are absent long enough (there is a longer wait time if you are higher town hall level), they will hide your base, removing it off the map. So if you are expecting to leave, stop playing it for a while and soon enough you will be hidden (you won’t even have coords on your clan page). You will become visible once you play again.

    In my experience, it takes about 3 days for a town hall 9 to become hidden

    Check my dictionary under “account hibernation” for the last known metrics for determining when an account gets removed.
