What do these buttons do?

    in the menu under category “extras” I found these buttons:

    -show log
    -clear tech tree
    -clear cache

    I know what show log does, but not clear tech tree or clear cache. Also, how often is recommended to use them?

    Mostly buttons you won't need.
    In some cases, we may ask players to use them to help us troubleshoot specific issues.

    Show Log: Shows a developer log which we can use to obtain more issues on specific bugs
    Clear Tech Tree: Clears data and re-downloads from the server
    Clear Cache: Clears saved (cached images and resources)

    Does your might go away if you clear cache or tech tree?

    They are there for bug fixing and won’t affect gameplay.
