Restarted my phone and tried again and it worked after tapping send numerous times - may still be a bit bugged but my ticket is in so I'm happy 😁...
Thank you! It just has "Sending..." Underneath the message and nothing happens. Left it for about ten minutes, definitely have working internet 😂...
