A few questions from a noob 👍🏽

Okay, so me and like 4 of my buddies downloaded this game so we can play it at school during lunch and ,

1. I created a clan but none of them can see it when they search in the name? ☹️

2. What exactly does hiring do? I'll hire people for like 100 gold and it says they earn me 5 gold. That doesent seem very useful.

Any other helpful tips you would like to give us beginners and any help with our current issues would be much appreciated! ☺️🤘🏽
