Help Ticket Won't Send

Hi! I'm trying to raise a help ticket but it won't send 😭 Where do I go to get help for help not working?! 😂 Hopefully you can help me out!

 

Thank you! It just has "Sending..." Underneath the message and nothing happens. Left it for about ten minutes, definitely have working internet 😂 I'm on Android 😊

 

Restarted my phone and tried again and it worked after tapping send numerous times - may still be a bit bugged but my ticket is in so I'm happy 😁 Thanks for your response today! 💜
