    Was told you only needed the lvl 17 from the top down to get lvl 15 March unlocked and get mastery available, but I already have it 17 down and that only opened up to March cap 13. So, that being said, ATA..... How damned high do we need biome techs to actually unlock mastery god damn it... o_O'

    Tops at 19 and bottoms at 17 (the ones directly above march cap, which is 15), iirc

    Last march on the bottom only 15. Watch the tree not everything on ottoman needs to be 17.

    19 top gives you 15 March thin you're a master/mistress.😁
