Our goal is to make sure Top Shelf Stamps can be earned best by the players they are targeted at (late to end-game) and that players at lower TH levels are encouraged to level up to compete for them. What this means is that the amount of stamps earned by TH24 players on ultra and other leaderboards rewarding stamps has been reduced. The other change is that younger realms (any realm that does not have the “Shrine Spree” event) won't be able to earn as many Top Shelf Stamps from their meta event leaderboard until that realm has matured enough. We are also continuing to work on creating more opportunities for Top Shelf Stamps to be earned through events that don't depend on progression but rather on strength and/or activity, as we understand some events are harder to compete in for players that are currently maxed out on content.
