    Q: Me and my friend can't find eachother and/or are in different realms; how can I get into his realm?

    Solution:
    1. In the game, pull up the tabs.

    2. Click on the Extras tab.

    3. Click on Help.

    4. Click on New Chat.

    5. Talk to support and request to be moved to your friend's realm.

    Currently there is no easy way to know what realm you are in. However, the developers are working on making the Realm you are in visible, and easily known (there’s over ten realms).

    If you are trying to see if your in the same realm as a friend I suggest compareing the top player or clan. If they are the same, you are in the same realm, if they are different, you are not in the same realm. If you need a realm change request one in the in game help section, and a developer will move you within a day or two.
