hard core quest not starting

    My clan hardcore might growth started many hours ago. My solo portion remain stuck at 4 hrs until quest begins.

    The solo quest does not run the entire duration of the clan hardcore might growth.

    The solo quest runs twice a day for four hours, with eight hours of inactivity between solo hardcore events.
