Severe glitches with the 1 egg left to gather & no love monsters. Please fix this.

 

So are you guys going to refund us the brew that we spent killing monsters but then were unable to gather the last egg and receive the bonus drop? This happened to me at least 4 times today and last night. It affected my reward ranking, so it cheated me out of even more.

(I tried to submit this as a ticket but even the help chat isn't working now)

 

It’s happened to me 5 times! I have a tocket open with all the cords and ata has yet to respond. I so much brew wasted and no tokens not to mention the glitches are still hanging around. We have yet to see a titan spawn

 

Like, at least just have a rep send out a message that says we've heard you and we're working on the glitches. (And that we will make it up to you, because that's the right thing to do)

 

The egg titans look like Love Sick Titans now because the animations crashed the game. I have seen a few.

I haven't seen anything spawn from a titan yet, so...my guess would be no, not in this event...but hey, I haven't hit a bunch of titans during these events to know.

The devs are looking into this issue. Hehe, a lot of people mentioned that to them, so they are now aware of the issue. YAY

 

It's good that they are looking into it. It's still not ok that they haven't said anything yet. The only thing I've heard has been from you. Not sure if you work for them or are just a positive player? I'd rather hear some acknowledgement and responsibility from ATA than a pro-ATA message right now (especially before the next event starts).

 

Sorry, I'm just a regular player.
They have a workaround though that MAY work. They say to send a few more troops than the auto-fill amount as a temporary work around.
On a similar issue, If it says a clan mate is already gathering, that part will be fixed soon.

So it's in the works, but hasn't been fixed yet. I too hope it'll be fixed before the next event starts.

 

Hermione's are you experiencing only 1 egg spawning after killing mobs? It's one of the major issues in my opinion. It happens about 40 percent of the time I kill something. Alot of other people are having this issue as well. Alot brew is being spent to not get the full rewards.

 

Finally saw some egg titans for the bigger clans, but nothing spawned for my less mighty clan (~30th in the realm). So, our only chance of getting anything for the clan quest is to try to pilfer from the big clans (doesn't work). Fun.

Solo quests are doable, at least.

 

Im sorry to give you negative feedback but this event is terrible in terms of timings.


So far for the yolks have eyes. Every collection point is either when Europe are asleep or when we are at work

Same with the main event. Most of us have just given up with it. Event collections periods should be longer to span time zone, like dragon quests. We dont all live in north america..


Otherwise game is great..

 

I too would like to know this... Wasted brew... Sometimes I load up on brew and the brew power line goes up and then back down before I've used it... ..

How about you up the Titan spawns, cause I've seen like two across all the events I've been able to do, and none were even from my clan ffs.

 

Even in North America the timing is terrible! I've missed all the solo events for grassland because I've been asleep or at work

Nice concept, but it's grossly unfair. Only allowing collecting to happen in a very narrow window excludes many who don't have the time to play during those hours. Further making any chance of bigger prizes impossible when based on cumulative success over ten days, which gives no chance for success coming in late or not being able to collect during the specified hours.

 

On top of everything else (egg titans, glitches) putting a monster slaying event right after an egg event is such an obvious money grab.

You guys really need to acknowledge all of these issues. This feels so shady and disrespectful to your players.

 

Please don’t give a SPECIAL the last couple days of event and boost all drops by 5x. Makes those of us that worked hard and pace the whole event and are busy the last couple days drop from leaderboard. Those is us paying player sometimes work on weekend....

 

My clan has basically taken first in every bracket every event, and we finally got one egg titan today, the spawn rates are abysmal
