loading to realms problem

So I have a quest it says fight a realm monster, I click it goes into a loading screen and sits at 0.0%... I waited 5 minutes or so and nothing happened. Closed the game tried again same results. I have tried several times and nothing happens... it just sits at 0.0%.. help?

I really want to keep going I like it so far, it's a cute game but I can't get past the loading realms screen....
