It's enough to make some quit and it will absolutely keep others' credit and debit cards safely in their wallets. Why bother buying anything when there's no chance of winning? These sorts of p2w schemes kill games. KoH is one of the primary sources of revenue for ATA. Surely even the devs know as much. That's going to change really fast if people lose interest in playing because they feel (rightly) that they can't make any meaningful progress or win anything.  Come on, ATA.
