$200 for 1bil ! Sign me up buddy! But in all seriousness you have to understand the basics of these type of games. People spend 1000s not 200$ lol maybe they spend 200$ in any given event. Should there be he hit restrictions? I certainly believe so, but there are more factors at play. Would you restrict might ? Or TH ? Well if you restrict might that will cause a lot of issues, as many many accounts have vast troop bloat and are essentially like two crackers with a piece of fluff between them, may look good but in reality there isn't much there. I see a lot of garbage accs, bad dragons, crap allies, low research and just a ton of troops. They usually are the first to get zeroed in merges.

Now if you restrict TH you will also have a problem, because If you actually try to hit the same TH lvl as yourself solo, you can't 98% of the time. So what can be done? We have then mechanics that basically only allow people to hit down onto smaller people, and this is applicable to majority of players. Im sure people like Donno can hit people his size, but he will have insane dragons, insane allies and most likely completed his research. As an average player I would honestly recommend just quitting, or just take it as a bit of fun. If you are a F2P player you will NEVER be able to compete with the big boys and that's just the reality. Good luck
